I was born in 1965 and went to school in Billericay, Essex and moved to the Gravesend area when I was 18. I completed 30 years working within the public sector. Having taken early retirement I am able to provide what I believe is an important service, that of Independent Celebrant. My first service was in March 2015
I am involved in voluntary work locally, helping children at Ifield School by assisting in management of their woodland. I am a keen skier and have been a volunteer instructor with Disability Ski Club UK for many years.
I am a trustee of The St Thomas's Almshouses in Gravesend and The Sir John Sedley Fund,a historic fund set up to give out small grants. I am a signatory and decision maker in relation to the fund.
For recreation I have play cricket for Detling Cricket Club, I am a beekeeper and enjoy most sports.
I am married and have two children who are both currently studying at University.
